Dear Brothers and Sisters,
I want to draw your attention to a website, www.eurobishop.blogspot.com, which is a “blog” that I started back in the summer. Its purpose is to provide information, news, articles and pictures related to our diocesan life and ministry and to pass along items of interest to people in our diocese.
For many years I have heard clergy and readers express a desire to hear more frequently “from the diocese” or “from the bishops”. Indeed, communication in our vast diocese is a constant challenge. The Eurobishop blog is an attempt to help to keep our widespread diocesan family better connected. It supplements the more static information which is available on the official Diocese in Europe website, which should still be consulted for official documentation and information. The Eurobishop blog is interactive, in that you can add comments to articles, should you wish!
Items appear 2 or 3 times a week as a norm, and much of the information that I share is intended for you. You can either bookmark the site and check it regularly or you can become a subscriber and receive any updates directly to your inbox.
Subscribing is easy. Just follow these steps:
Each time the eurobishop blog is updated you will receive an email notification (not more than once a day). You can then go the eurobishop site and read the updates.
I am also interested in hearing from you with suggested themes or issues to cover in the blog.
