It was a privilege and a joy to be present in the Salon Real in the Fuengirola Town Hall to witness the first presentation of the Queens Scout Award to take place in Spain. Callum Lippe,(holding his certificate) the young man has belonged to the Scout Movement for 12 years and progressed through Cubs, Scouts, Explorers and Network to become a Leader.
